1. Genetic Health Guarantee:

- If, within the first 6 months of your puppy’s life, a licensed veterinarian detects and certifies any genetic condition that could significantly impact your puppy's quality of life, we will honor our commitment by replacing your puppy with another of the same breed. We want to ensure that you have a healthy puppy to love and cherish.

2. Viral Health Assurance:

- If your puppy develops a virus within the first 7 days of bringing them home, and this virus results in the unfortunate passing of your puppy, we will also provide a replacement puppy of the same breed. Your puppy's health and happiness are our top priorities, and we understand the importance of this assurance during your initial bonding period.

Please Note:

- Our guarantee does not cover any health issues or conditions resulting from:

- Poor nutrition

- Environmental factors

- Neglect or accidents

- Internal or external parasites

- Lack of proper vaccinations or follow-up care

- Taking your puppy to public places or exposing them to other animals without necessary vaccinations

- Allergic reactions or adverse reactions to food.

- This policy is designed to offer support and reassurance for specific health concerns, but please note that there are no cash refunds available. We want to ensure that you can continue to experience the joy of having a puppy in your life through a replacement.

- To activate this policy, all claims must be supported by a written certification from a licensed veterinarian. We truly believe in transparency and want to make this process as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
