1. Deposits and Payments

All deposits made to reserve puppies are final and non-refundable. All sales are final.

2. Mandatory Veterinary Examination
The buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a general physical examination within a maximum period of ten (10) calendar days following the date of purchase, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Failure to comply with this requirement will automatically void any guarantee offered by Puppy Land PR.

3. Health Condition at Time of Delivery
At the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health, free of visible signs of illness or injury, active, and in appropriate physical condition.

4. Genetic Condition Guarantee
Puppy Land PR offers a limited guarantee against congenital genetic disorders until the puppy reaches six (6) months of age, calculated from the puppy’s date of birth.

In the event of a suspected congenital condition, the buyer must provide a certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian supporting the diagnosis. Puppy Land PR reserves the right to request a second veterinary opinion to confirm the condition.

If a covered genetic condition is confirmed, the puppy must be returned, and Puppy Land PR will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same breed and similar quality.

Note: This guarantee expressly excludes hip dysplasia.

5. Viral Conditions
Any claim related to viral conditions must be accompanied by a positive diagnostic test certified by a licensed veterinarian and performed within five (5) days following the delivery of the puppy.

If a viral condition detected within this period results in the puppy’s death, Puppy Land PR will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same breed and similar quality.

6. Scope of the Guarantee
The guarantee provided by Puppy Land PR is strictly limited to replacement of the puppy in the following cases:

Untreatable congenital genetic illness covered under this guarantee.

Death resulting directly from a covered genetic condition.

Death resulting from a viral condition detected within 5 days following delivery.

Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability for Expenses
Puppy Land PR and its owner, Wilson Soto, shall not be responsible for veterinary expenses, medications, treatments, hospitalizations, or any other costs related to the care of the puppy.

8. Buyer Acknowledgment and Guidance
The buyer acknowledges having received proper guidance regarding:

The vaccination booster schedule, which must be administered between two (2) and four (4) weeks after the last vaccine booster received.

Deworming every two (2) weeks until the puppy reaches twelve (12) weeks of age.

The food currently being fed to the puppy.

The importance of not exposing the puppy to public places, other animals, or potentially contaminated surfaces until the vaccination schedule has been completed and the puppy has been certified as fully immunized by a licensed veterinarian.
